My runs for wednesday and today!

I didn't have time to post yesterday because I went to the gym with 20 minutes to spare and ran a quick mile, showered there, and went right to work.  So, Wednesday I ran a solid mile real quick.





So, 1 mile of running, the rest was warm-up/cool-down.  I was in such a hurry I forgot my HR monitor, so we will go with what the treadmill says for calories burned.

Tonight, I ran a solid 2 miles.  My average time per mile has gone from 19 minutes to just over 16 minutes!  Very exciting that my times are dropping!!





So, 2 miles ran, the rest was a warm-up/cool-down.  I ran at a little faster pace tonight as well.  I usually run at about 3.9-4.0 mph.  Tonight I started at 3.9 and bumped it up to 4.1 mph and stayed there.  I'm going to try to keep pushing the speed up as I go.  Just for an added challenge lol.  My HR monitor said I burned 442 calories.

I'm happy and proud to announce that since September 20th I have lost a total of 39 POUNDS!!  I'm so excited and feel so good.  I hope to lose about another 50 pounds or so.  That goal is totally do-able!!
