Friday's Run, and Today is an "off" day!

I ran 3.3 miles yesterday!  This is what I did:




So, I did 3.3 miles as a run, the rest of the distance was a warm-up and cool-down.  I'm excited on the progress I'm making.  According to my HR monitor, I burned 912 calories!  Pretty awesome!

I'm taking today off.  I am sore and I think I should let my legs recover for a day.  Tomorrow before work I will get a run in. 

I'm so happy also to announce that I lost 3 pounds last week!!  My total weight loss for March was 5 pounds!! Not bad, that averages a little over a pound a week lost.  I'll take it!!
