I had an awesome run today!! I ran 4 miles!! I'm so excited. I cannot believe how easy it was today!! Here's what I did:
I ran 4 miles, walked the rest of the time for warm up and cool down. My speed was 4.1 mph. It was so easy!! I was sweating my ass off, but I did it! I found a great rhythm and just kept going.
According to my HR monitor I burned 1,069 calories!! I feel so proud. I'm back to running and doing it with a great pace.
I am WAY below my Loseit! calories for the day and week. I'm not super hungry though. I am actually reminding myself to eat. Again, just staying with veggies, fruits, nuts, seeds, and low fat dairy. Once in a while I will have some meat, like today Adam made a roast so I had a little of that, but very sparingly do I eat meat anymore.
OK, off to work I go!!
