Two Days Without The Gym...BOO!! But, I made due!

So, due to crazy work schedules between the hubby and I, no gym for the past two days.  BUT, I still worked out here at home!!  Yesterday I did On Demand Kickboxing, and today I did this:


It's a tough workout!  A lot of strength training, which I need.  But, doable.  My HR monitor said that in 33 minutes I only burned 170 calories though!! Shoot, I'd rather run if that's all I burned at home!! 





So, tomorrow back to the gym.  The good thing is I stayed below my Loseit! calories both days without my gym time, and tomorrow I will be able to go!! I'm so excited!!
